Overview
En fonction des besoins de votre entreprise, vous pouvez souhaiter que vos clients soient créés par défaut avec certains paramètres activés. For example, if you have multiple sales channels, you may want to select which one is chosen by default in the dropdown when creating a new customer.
Instructions
Go to Home > Preferences > Login > Customer Setup > Customer Settings to make these changes.
Paramètres possibles
- Default CRM Status – If you're using CRM, you will assign all statuses through CRM Notes. However, for brand new customers (who have no notes yet), this dropdown ensures they are created with a particular status.
- Default Sales Channel – New customers will be assigned this channel by default.
- Show Only Active Customers – Affects search results in Customers > Manage Customers. If enabled, inactive customers will not appear in standard searches, but still show up when searching by account.
- Link to Customer Summary – Affects search results in Customers > Manage Customers. If enabled, customer links will direct to the summary page instead of the profile edit page.
- Default New Customers to Accept Backorders – Allows backorders for accounts with this setting. If disabled, attempting to generate a backorder will result in an error.
- Default New Account as Tax Exempt – Orders placed under an account with this enabled will be treated as tax-exempt. This only affects future orders.
- Default New Account as House Account – Automatically assigns new Wholesale Accounts to 'House Account' terms, allowing them to place orders without upfront payment.
- Do Not Use Primary Customer Email – Prevents emails (confirmations, invoices, ship notices, etc.) from being sent to a customer's primary email address.
- Show Term Types – Adds a dropdown for term types in account profiles. Term types are informational; to affect due dates, use the 'terms (days)' field.
- Show Address Book Additional Entry – Allows creation of additional addresses for a customer to use when placing new orders.
- Set Default Customer per Account – For B2B portals supporting this feature, enables assigning a default customer to place orders for others under the same account. Contact support@onerail.io for assistance or a quote for this feature.
