Overview
To access this page, go to Prefs > System Setup > Shipping and Tax Setting > Shipping Methods.
Note: If you don't see this option on your menu, that means that you don't have the permissions to view it.
For more information on shipping methods, please see our video series on shipping settings.
Note: This guide assumes that you already have set up your shipping integrations. To start a new integration, please contact support@onerail.io to initiate a project.

The shipping method that you have in the top space for each carrier (e.g. Fedex) will be the default method.
You can also drag and drop the carriers themselves–so if you have a Fedex method as the default and would like to use USPS instead, just drag USPS to the top of the list.
- The method itself may be activated or deactivated by clicking the checkmark or X symbol on the left-hand side of the method. This controls whether or not the method will be available for all distribution centres.
Click the checkmark or X under each distribution centre you intend to use. In our example image above, Fedex Ground is active for all warehouses except inactive for Store 1.
If you have no active methods for a distribution center, it will not show up on the shipping tab dropdown menu.
