This guide outlines how to change the ship date for an order within the OmniPoint Order Management system. It includes individual order updates, batch edits, and setting default ship dates for shipping methods. You can change the ship date in two ways:

When editing any order, go to the Ship tab. Locate the Shipping Date field and click the calendar icon. Save the Shipping Details and then click Update the Order.

On the Order Detail Page (or Invoice), click the CHANGE SHIPDATE menu option. A calendar will appear to select a new date.

Important: Always adjust the ship date if inventory is not available on the default ship date. Leaving it unchanged can result in discrepancies between actual and expected inventory levels. 1. Go to Orders View Orders or Fulfilment Manage Shipping.
