AI Proof of Delivery (POD) Validation
A new AI POD validation system to enhance the delivery experience for end customers. Previously, PODs were sent to customers without checks for issues like blurriness, incorrect items, or offensive content, leading to poor experiences.
To address this, we’ve developed a model that evaluates PODs and assigns a confidence score based on factors such as image clarity, item accuracy, and appropriateness. Initially, OneRail will set the quality threshold, with plans to allow shippers to customize it in the future. Internal users can view the POD score as a percentage in the delivery details. The system integrates with APIs to ensure seamless operation, and customer-facing workflows have been updated to exclude low-quality PODs.
This update improves customer trust and satisfaction by ensuring only high-quality PODs are shared.
New LP Feature For Offline Driver Assignment
A new feature option has been added to the LP Features section of LP organizations allowing dispatchers to assign offline drivers to deliveries from the web app. This will provide our LSPs with greater flexibility when managing their fleets, especially regarding deliveries and routes scheduled for future dates.

New Optimized Sequence View for Multi-Day Routes in the OneRail Driver App
A new view option for routed sequence will be available in the OneRail Driver App (ORD) that enhances delivery sequencing for routes spanning multiple days. Designed with feedback from ORD users, this update ensures drivers can follow the optimized route path with clarity and efficiency, reducing operational confusion when fulfilling routes with deliveries for future dates & times.
What’s New
- Optimized Sequence View: A new view replaces the current date-based delivery list, displaying deliveries in the exact order of the route stop sequence as shown in the LP Control Tower, Control Tower, and Route Details pages.
- Multi-Day Route Support: The view accurately reflects the optimized multi-day route path, including future “Scheduled” deliveries, as determined by OneRail’s routing optimizer.
- Route Stop Numbers: Each delivery now includes its corresponding route stop number for easy reference.
- Organization-Specific Enablement: This view is enabled by organization in the ORD app and is an optional view.
This enhancement aligns the mobile app’s delivery sequencing with the optimized route path, making it easier for ORD users/drivers to navigate complex, multi-day routes.

LTL Shipper Instructions
Added the ability for a shipper to provide OneRail standard instructions for specific LTL carriers that will also populate the BOL document. This is applicable by shipper.
Shipper-Specific Finished Event Modifications
Updated the Finished Event for a specific shipper to fix auditing issues in Dispatch Track caused by items with zero quantities and multiple items with the same SKU numbers.

Foreign Language
In order to expand our services globally, we need to be able to translate the platform into the language of the areas in the countries we do business in. This requires us to set the platform up in a way that language can be configurable by organization, user or location.
New Filtering Experience
We are introducing a new filtering experience on various pages in the platform to provide a more seamless filtering experience. This new version will allow users to more easily apply filters and see what filters are applied currently.
AI Proof of Delivery (POD) Validation
Total Weight Column Added to Dashboard, Delivery, and Orders Pages
OmniPoint users can now view and sort orders/deliveries by their total weight directly in the table views!
What’s New
- Total Weight Column: A new "Total Weight" column has been added to the Dashboard, Delivery, and Orders pages, positioned after the "Service Level" column.
- Sort: Easily sort orders by weight values for faster processing.
- Manage Columns: The "Total Weight" column is available in the "Manage Columns" settings, appearing after "Service Level." It’s disabled by default, giving you the flexibility to enable it when needed.
Upload & Manage Documents Right from Delivery Details
You can now upload and manage delivery documents directly from the Delivery Details page—no more relying on the API or jumping between screens.
What’s New
- Always-visible Documents card: Shows up even when no docs are present, so you always know where to manage files.
- Upload from the page: Click the +, drag & drop, or use the upload modal to add documents.
- New permission required: Only users with the “Organization Add Documents” permission can upload or remove files.
- Smart download & pagination: Downloads default to all files selected; pagination kicks in after 15 docs.
- Audit-friendly: Upload timestamps and user IDs are now tracked.
- Full doc actions: For each file: view, download, print, or remove.
- Edit page included: Everything above also works on the Edit Delivery Details page.
Supported file types include PDFs, Word docs, images, CSVs, and more.
DOT Compliance Updates
In response to DOT regulated order and delivery compliance requirements, we have enhanced the General Info page for organizations by adding new features to track and display current DOT statuses and designations. This update is designed to streamline the monitoring and reporting of DOT compliance and to automatically manage and log updates to key DOT-related data.
What’s New
- Hazmat Info Section: A new section titled "Hazmat Info" has been added to the organization’s General Info page. This section now displays:
- The most recent US DOT Status
- The Operating Authority Status
- The Cargo Carried Designations
- The date and time of the most recent change to any of these statuses.
- Automatic Status Updates: The platform now integrates with the US DOT's FMCSA Company Snapshot to retrieve and display real-time updates of an organization’s DOT status. The system will:
- Periodically check and update the organization's DOT status, Operating Authority status, and Cargo Carried designations.
- If any change in status occurs (e.g., US DOT status is anything other than “Active,” or Operating Authority status is anything other than “Authorized”), the system will:
- Log the new status and the date/time of the change.
- Exclude the carrier from any DOT-regulated shipments.
- Notify the LP Account Manager of the change.
- Historical Record Storage: Although only the most recent DOT statuses and designations are shown on the General Info page, all historical records will be stored in the database for reference and auditing purposes.
This feature ensures that all carriers and internal shippers are monitored and compliant with DOT regulations, providing visibility and compliance assurance for all stakeholders.
