Same Day Route Overview – Step-by-Step Process

1. Selecting Orders

• Navigate to the Orders tab.

• Use the checkboxes next to each order to select multiple orders.

• Once orders are selected, a red button labeled “Auto Optimize and Route” will appear at the top of the screen.

• Click this button to generate optimized routes.

2. Pick Location and Apply

• Go to the Control Tower tab.

• Use the Locations dropdown in the top-right corner to choose the origin location (e.g., Orlando, FL).

• Click Apply to filter and display routes associated with the selected location.

3. Viewing Available Routes

• Expand the Routes section on the left panel by clicking the arrow.

• A list of routes will appear, each showing:

  • Route ID

  • Number of stops

  • An Assign button

4. Route Options (Actions Menu)

• Click the three-dot menu next to any route to open a dropdown with available actions:

  • Cancel Route

  • Load Report

  • Export Data

5. Viewing Route Stops

• Click on the "# Stops" link next to a route to view detailed stop information.

• The route detail panel will show:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations

  • Order IDs

  • Delivery statuses

  • Estimated times and weights

6. Viewing Order Details

• Click on any Order ID to open the delivery detail view.

• Information available includes:

  • Order and shipment details

  • Pickup and delivery addresses

  • Carrier and driver (if assigned)

  • Delivery timeline and service level

  • Live tracking map of delivery
