The package for delivery may be placed in a locker near the front of the store for the driver to pickup and go. Go to the Driver App for instructions and locker code.

Using the Onerail Driver App:
- Sign in to the Driver App.
- Go to the pickup details screen.
- Scroll down to Pick up instructions

Using 3rd Party Driver App:
- Sign in to the Driver App.
- Go to the pickup details.
- Scroll to Pickup Instructions or Notes – this may be different depending on the driver app.

Opening Locker and Retrieving Delivery
- Enter the 6-digit numeric code found in Instructions into the Lockers keypad. NOTE: The locker station may have a barcode scanner. Use the pin pad to enter code provided.
- Retrieve package from designated locker.

Where can I find the Pickup Locker at the store?
Pickup Lockers will be located near the front of the store.
What if my Locker Code doesn’t work? What if the locker is empty, or missing order items?
The locker should already contain all the items for the customer’s delivery. If any issues, go to the Pickup Desk for assistance.
