OrderBot has a lot of different logs that can be used in different scenarios. From Order Import Logs to Product Export Logs.
In this guide, we will show how to read and use Order logs. Order Logs are designed to show you all logs related to Orders.
Logs are configurable based on different dropdowns.
Order Logs
Navigate to: Home » Reports » Order Reports » Log Report
On this screen, you will have various drop downs that you can choose based on your use case
1. Log type - Orders, Fulfillments, Refunds, Returns, etc - Here you need to choose the log type that you need, on screenshot Orders log, is chosen.
2. Integration Type - Here you need to choose Integration, you would like to see logs for
3. Export/Import drop-down + Status of message + Store Picker
4. Order Reference - Here you can input the order reference number, to receive log only for orders you need
5. Date Range Picker - Here you can choose the date range of logs that you want to see
Test Case
In this example, we wanted to find all Order Import Errors from DevStore2, for the past 1,5 months
Or we could just enter Order Reference and receive log for that order
Fulfillment Logs - here you can see various messages when you export fulfillment. Usually, errors are self-explanatory and easy to understand.
