Go to Reports > Inventory Reports > Inventory Loader Format.
This report allows you to export your product list in a format that will allow you to import into Amazon. Some optional fields must be edited manually by a user, as the relevant data is not held in Orderbot. Some proficiency with excel or a similar program is required to use this format.
If you're unable to see this menu option but believe that you should have access, please check with your administrator.
If you are using this report for the first time, or if would like to initiate a request to use the Amazon Seller Central integration, please contact your account manager or support@orderbot.com for assistance.
Receiving the Report by Email
Enter an email address in the space provided. When you export the report, a job will run in the background to export the data and email it to you once your file is ready. You don't need to wait on this page for it to complete.
Please note that if you have a large product catalog, it may take up to two hours to receive your file. If you have not received your file after this time, please check your spam folder. If your email provider has implemented file size limitations, they may block emails with large attachments.
Dropdown Filters
At a first glance, you may find yourself confused by the different dropdowns on this page. Orderbot allows a great deal of flexibility in how you set up your products, pricing, and inventory. These dropdowns allow you to select where in Orderbot to pull data from to populate particular columns.
Filters
-
Select Product SKU Select whether to populate the 'SKU' column with your Orderbot product SKU or UPC.
-
Select Value for Product-ID Optional. If you have saved your ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN in an Orderbot product field, you can specify which field to grab the data from in Orderbot. If you select an option on this dropdown, you will also need to specify a Product-ID Type.
-
Select Product-ID Type Select from one of the four possible values for Product-ID: ASIN, ISBN, UPC, or EAN.
-
Select Distribution Center Select which distribution center should be used for available inventory calculations.
-
Select Store If you are using more than one Amazon store, pick between them. If you're using only one, just select the default value.
-
Select Order Guide Select which order guide to use for your pricing. (This allows you to easily switch between price lists if you are updating multiple stores or if you are updating to seasonal pricing.)
-
Insert Email See the 'Receiving the Report by Email' help section above.
