There is a feature in Orderbot that lets to add the special notes to a customer profile and make them visible on Orderpad. This lets you share information with your entire team about this customer, so that you're all on the same page when you place orders.
Adding Special Notes
- Go to the customer profile: Customers > Manage Customers then search a customer and select the customer you would like.
- On the very bottom of the edit tab there is a special notes field. Enter any note you would like
- Click the submit button
The notes will now be visible on the Orderpad whenever a user places an order for this customer.
Special Notes on the Order Pad
After you've added a special note, you just need to open an order for the customer see them. If you're still on the edit tab of the customer profile, you can go to the summary tab and the click the order button to reach the Order Pad. Now you'll see the special notes in upper left corner of the order pad.
