Use this feature to set up a custom charge, such as a recycling fee. You can apply your custom charge on the Orderpad when making an order.
- Go to Prefs > Order Setup > Order Other Charges.
- Click Add Group to create a new Other Charge.
- Fill out each field, then click Submit to save your changes.

Name - This is the name that will display on the orderpad, as well as on your invoices, if your format is set up to show Other Charges.

Default Value - This allows you to pre-populate the field for this Other Charge, setting a default amount. Tick the checkbox if you would like this value to be a percentage.

Quick Add - These 'quick add' fields allow you to set up a range of charges, so that you can pick from multiple options quickly on the Orderpad. This is useful for cases where you have tiered fees of the same type.

Is Taxable - Tick this checkbox if you would like tax to be applied on your Other Charge. Please check your local tax laws to see whether or not tax should apply for your charge.

- Next time you're placing an order, click the 'Other Charges' option on the features menu.
- If you entered a default value for your Other Charge, you can click Submit to add the charge to your order. Otherwise, click one of the Quick Add buttons that you set up in step 3 or manually enter a charge value. Click Submit to save your changes.
