If you need to add a customer to an existing account please follow the steps:
- Go to Home> Customers> New Customer
- Click Existing account button at the upper right corner. Find Existing Account page opens
- Search for the account that you would like to add a customer to by using any of the six search fields and choosing the sales channel and then click Search button:
- When the account is found, click Select button
- The New customer page along with the associated account opens and displays below.
- Fill out the Customer form and click Submit button.
- Repeat steps 1 to 5 to create another customer.
