Overview
Creating an account and logging into the Knowledge Hub site provides two distinct enhancements to your experience of using this site: Log and Track Support Requests & Access Client-Specific Materials.
Note: Your association with your organization on Zendesk is dependent on the email address you use to register your account. Please use the email address assigned by your organization when registering for access on the Knowledge Hub.
Instructions
- Navigate to the home page (knowledge.onerail.io) and select Sign in. Alternatively, click here to immediately start registering a new account.
- Select Sign up to begin registering a new account for the Knowledge Hub.
- Enter your Name and Company Email into the respective fields on the "Sign up" page.
- Open the link within the message sent to the email address provided during the registration process.
- Enter the password desired for your Knowledge Hub account into the Your password field, then select Set password.
You will now be redirected to the Knowledge Hub home page where you can now access client-specific materials and view existing support requests.
