Overview
Use the following resource to assist in submitting a Support Request (ticket, claim) through the OneRail Knowledge Hub.
Instructions
Starting from the main Knowledge Hub page, follow these steps to submit a Support Request:
- Click the Sign in button on the top right hand corner to sign into your account. If you don't have an account you can create one from this button as well.
- There are two places that grant you access to the Submit a Request form. The New Support Request link at the top menu bar, or the New Support Request button on the center of the page below the search bar. Click either of these to bring up the form.
Filling out the Support Request Form
- Fill out as many of the fields as possible. Be as detailed as you can.
- There is a drop-down menu titled Ticket Type. These allow you to send your request to the correct support specialist. Select from Customer Support or Delivery Support.
- You can add attachments if you wish to the support request at very bottom of the form by clicking the Add file link.
- Once done filling out the form, click the Submit button to submit your request.
- Your Request is now submitted.
- To see your submitted requests, click on the Existing Requests button at the top menu or the Existing Support Requests button on the main page.
