Overview

The capability of dispatching drivers in the OneRail Platform is only available to those with internal drivers and upgraded permissions.

Instructions

From the Control Tower

To View the Route:

1. Select Routes.
2. Select the map pin icon next to the route to view in the map.

To Assign a Route:

1. Select Routes.
2. Select Assign.
3. Select the Driver from the drop down
   • The route will be sent to the driver’s mobile app to be accepted.
   • Driver must be signed in and active in the mobile app to appear in the drop-down menu and available to be assigned route.
4. Or use the QR code to scan the route in the mobile device. The manual entry code will be displayed below if manual entry in the mobile device is needed.
