This article reviews the process to access a newly-delegated OneRail account and log into the OneRail web interface.

Accessing a New Account

After a new user is delegated for access to an organization, the email account associated with that account will receive an email to reset/create their password for access to the OneRail Platform. They will need to open this email and select Create Your Password Now in order to access their newly delegated OneRail account. This will redirect you to the "Reset Password" page for your account where you can then designate a password for your account that will be used for access to the OneRail Platform.

Logging Into the Platform

1. Navigate to app.onerail.io.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account into the Email field.

3. Click Sign In.

4. Enter the password associated with your account into the Password field.

5. Click Sign In.
