/delivery/{id}/cancel

This endpoint cancels a delivery prior to dispatch. It accepts a URL parameter (id) that defines the delivery that will be canceled. The request body contains the reason for the delivery's cancelation. This endpoint returns a basic 200 response confirming the delivery is canceled.
