/delivery/{deliveryId}/reschedule

This endpoint reschedules an active delivery to dispatch at a different time than orignially schedules. It accepts a URL parameter (deliveryId} that defines the delivery that will be rescheuled. The request body contains the new date and time desired for order dispatch. This endpoint returns a response confirming the details of the delivery that has been rescheduled.
