Q: I entered an order number into the search bar in the platform, but the order does not display.
A:
- The search bar is case sensitive, so make sure you are entering any letters in the appropriate case.
- Make sure there are no additional spaces before or after the order number.
- If the order was placed more than 10 days prior, you must search for the order in the "Reporting" tab.
