Checking The Status

Status Definitions:

• Draft-until advanced through Ready To Pack, Ready To Ship and Dispatch Delivery Immediately.
• Processing-parsing information and finding the right driver and vehicle for the delivery.
• Routed-the most optimized route has been created.
• Assigned Driver-a driver has been located and on their way.
• En Route to Delivery-the delivery in on the road.
• Delivery Completed-delivery has been successfully completed with proof of delivery (POD).

Checking The Status

Find the Status in the following:

• Dashboard
• Deliveries page
• Deliveries Details Page
• Live Tracking-view live driver tracking on the designated route.

Control Tower

The Control Tower page views all routed deliveries in an area.

At Risk and On Time deliveries can be filtered.

Zoom in or out using the bottom +/- map controls.
