Q: How do I enter a CSV file Order in the OneRail platform?
A: There are multiple ways orders can be entered into the OneRail platform depending on your contract with OneRail and business needs. This can be by done automatically from your POS (Point of Sale) or WMS (Warehouse Management System) through API communication, entered manually by Adding an Order or by sending them by CSV file.
